• North star Garden Estate, Lokogoma, Abuja. A N250Million Infrastructure project completed between 2013 and 2014.
• Machido Estate, Galadimawa, Abuja. A N185Million Infrastructure project completed between 2011 and 2012 
• Flowergate Estate, Gudu, Abuja. A N230Million Infrastructure Project that has attained practical completion
