WATERWORKSAND WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATION
BEEs is prompted by the pervasive and irritating system failures of most waterworks and wastewater treatment works in urban communities in developing nations. the There is a strong evidence that the myriad of system failures is related to the prevailing maintenance culture and the inadequate workforce capacity of the system operators and plant maintenance personnel. In order to eradicate this menace of diminished effluent quality, prohibitive cost and the adverse environmental impact to the community, our objective is to maintain at all times streams of well trained system operators and maintenance personnel for the running of the facility in the communities without any interruption and diminished effluent quality.
We are capable of establish an all year round accredited training school for the rank and file of the plant operators and the four categories(electrical, mechanical, plumbing and system control) maintenance personnel using advanced technology and approved academic curriculum similar to that of the Associated Board of Certification (ABC) of US and Canada which includes more than 100 certifying authorities across more than 40 states.

- It is intended to be a vocational skill training school with an average entry level of a post elementary (secondary)school education and upon completion of the training, the graduate will receive a Class I certificate and with further training and experience operators have the potential of moving up the lather to Class II, Class III and Class IV, respectively. The training program will also include a mandatory annual re-certification for the workforce to remain current with the industry cutting-edge information.
- Watershed protection pertaining to improving water quality and protecting the water environment through floodplain management, erosion and sediment control and Stormwater management.
TREATMENT OPERATION
Most ultra-urban areas, experiences increased stormwater runoff that results from development. This runoff places a burden on channels and degrades aquatic resources when it is not managed adequately. Unmanaged stormwater runoff overloads the capacity of streams and is responsible for increased adverse downstream impacts, such as flash flooding, channel erosion, surface and groundwater pollution, and habitat degradation. Adoption of rigorous stormwater regulations, an innovative Stormwater Retention Credit Trading program, and other progressive green infrastructure policies, many developing nations could utilize public-private investment platform to accelerate change with a focus on restoring and protecting their natural resources
The team of Butubutu Environmental and Engineering Services is fully engaged with protecting and restoring the environment, and conserving the natural resources, mitigating pollution, and educating the public on ways to secure a sustainable future. We employ progressive green infrastructure practices to improve the quality of life of the people. Our team is capable of providing environmental engineering services for floodplain management, erosion and sediment control and stormwater management control. We assist municipalities s and organizations with various environmental issues including:
- municipal regulation on Water Quality and Pollution.
- storm water discharge requirements for municipals under the National Pollutant Elimination Discharge System (NPDES).
- flood Hazard Rules, municipal regulation for New Residential Property Construction on Unstable Soil.
- environmental Policy Act Regulations. determine whether or not a major action, would result in a significant adverse environmental impacts, either during construction or operational phase of a project.
- Stormwater management design guidebook.
- Standards and specifications for erosion and sedimentation.
- Construction site Inspection and enforcement guidelines.
- Municipal regulation for green area ratio(GAR).
BEES is a member of some non-profit organization for the prevention and control of water related diseases. We are associated with organizations dedicated to assist communities and governments in Africa and sponsor conferences, seminars, workshops, and other forums for training and education among the various sectors of the population (including health workers, food vendors, and open-market vendors), who we consider critical in the prevention and control of water-related diseases.
